Well here it is.....the ROUGE'S Gallery!
These tattoos are what you really DON'T want!
Unfortunately, I get to see these types of 'scratchings' on an ever increasing basis!
Especially now that tattoos are in the public eye, and have become 'FASHIONABLE'.
What I'd like to know, is, how can something that it is on your body FOREVER,
ever be fashionable?
